How does the "first 5 contributors free" work?
Every plan includes 5 contributors at no cost. On paid plans, you only pay for contributor #6 and above. If you have 10 contributors on the Team plan, you pay for 5 seats.
What counts as a "contributor"?
A contributor is any person mapped in Systemi who has activity in Jira or GitHub during the billing period. Inactive contributors do not count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is preserved according to your new plan's retention limits. Data older than the retention window will be gradually cleaned up.
Do you offer annual billing?

Can I run Systemi on my own infrastructure?
